ChrisPC JTV Player is a simple application that allows you to watch online TV channels as long as you install and allow the use of additional software (Veetle plugins, etc.).
At first it looks like a pretty neat and cool online TV Player, but, unfortunately, I couldn’t make it actually display the stream of any channel without installing the requested plugins. ChrisPC JTV Player is presented as being capable of letting you watch a large variety of TV stations and streams, including the ones that broadcast the latest movies, live sport events, news and your favorite TV series. It is also advertised as capable of playing both Veetle channels and Justin.tv ones. Furthermore, it is capable of adding new channels to the default playlists, marking specific channels as favorites, and tweaking many other settings such as the display mode (Frame mode and Full mode) or the visibility of the channel lists.
Cutting long story short, ChrisPC JTV Player looks good and comes with many interesting features and functions, but, unfortunately, on my system it failed to work as it should. It may still work on your computer though and properly play the streams of online channels, but you have to check that for yourself.
