Cirrus is a software product that allows users to request DUATS functions offline using a graphical interface. When users are finished making their selections, they can click the DIAL button to download the requested information. This information can be viewed immediately or saved for later. Cirrus is a mature product and will not have any more updates, but database updates will remain current. The product must be installed on a clean system.
