CJA Time & Billing is a software program designed to streamline and simplify the process of itemizing, documenting, auditing, and reviewing court-appointed counsels' bills for services and expenses under the Criminal Justice Act. The program replicates each worksheet on the screen with the appropriate individualized categories, allowing users to enter information from their keyboard as if they were typing directly onto the form. All calculations are then automatically updated.
