Clairvoyant: The Magician Mystery is a hidden object adventure game where your objective is to investigate a missing-person case. The inquiry takes place at a carnival where you need to collect clues, solve challenging puzzles, and explore various sites to ultimately unravel the mystery.
A magician disappeared from the carnival site and your goal is to find out what happened. You will interact with various characters, collect useful items from the scenes you explore and solve puzzles. Your progress is automatically saved each time you complete a challenge or move to another location.
The game also features hints and a quick tutorial at the beginning of your adventure. So, you will easily be able to complete your goals even if you're new to this type of puzzle games.
Another advantage is that the app comes with a built-in map which comes in handy if you wish to immediately know your current location.
A disappointing aspect of this puzzle game is that it brings poor graphics. Another aspect that bothers me is that some of the hidden objects are very difficult to locate. Also, it might take a while for the hint bar to refill.
Personally, I wouldn't buy this game for my Mac. You can find plenty of other hidden object games on the publisher's website that provide you with better graphics, many complex mini-games, and captivating storylines.
