If you got bored with the Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 interface, or you just liked the one from Office 2003 more, you can now change your Office appearance with Classic Menu for Office Enterprise.
The program, developed by Detong Technology, can be installed and customized within a couple of minutes, and it supports most common Office tools, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
It comes with a straightforward GUI, that has separate window tabs for each Office tool. The buttons are modern, and the software offers great response time to user actions. Yet, it doesn't have customization options or skin themes, and the interface seems blurred.
Despite those minor GUI inconveniences, the application supports all languages from Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019, and can be installed both on 32-bit or 64-bit versions.
Users are able to add menus and toolbars to the quick access toolbar, or just hide them, as per their wish.
Moreover, the built-in tabs can be shown or hidden on the ribbon, as well as menus tab can be displayed either on the left or the home tab or placed as the last tab.
Overall, Classic Menu for Office Enterprise is a simple but useful software for users who want to bring back the classic menu and toolbars of Microsoft Office 2003. The effort may cost a bit, but I think it does worth it if it makes the experience more enjoyable.
