Install the Colibri SDK for WINCE by downloading it from Toradex, saving it to the desktop, and running cmd.exe as an administrator. Then, type "msiexec /qb /i colibri_SDK_1_0.msi" to install the SDK. Ensure the installation was successful by opening it.
