DA-FormMaker is an application that allows you to create HTML forms. If the user fills out the form, the content will be send to your configured email address. You dont need profound HTML knowledge and your webspace does not needs CGI scripts. You can configure the color, fields and settings in the DA-FormMaker GUI.
