Data Guardian is a Mac utility that comes in handy to anyone who needs to store email account info, phone numbers, and credit card details in one place. You can also use this application to share contact details with other people, generate passwords for new email accounts or write notes.
The program allows you to create multiple collection where you can add the information you need. For example, you can create a library for storing email account details and another for keeping track of important notes. Data Guardian enables you to export the stored details to various formats, duplicate them if necessary, and move to Trash the ones you no longer need in your collections.
Furthermore, its built-in search utility provides you with a quick and simple way to find the collection item you need.
The application lets you sync the information stored in one of your collections among your smartphone via Wi-Fi or another Data Guardian library from your local directories. Unfortunately, the program lacks an option to sync your details across a Cloud account. There are many other utilities like Data Guardian that provide you with this feature.
Still, this app gives you access to many useful advantages, works 100%, and is affordable. So, it's worth buying it if you don't need the aforementioned sync option.
