Dendroscope is a platform-independent Java software that enables users to easily browse phylogenetic trees and networks with up to hundreds of thousands of taxa. It offers 8 different tree views, such as phylogram, cladogram and radial views, as well as novel navigational features to facilitate the analysis of large trees. It also provides a comprehensive set of export formats for the generation of images.
