Duplicate Photo Finder Plus is a Windows utility that enables you to find and delete similar pictures from your PC. This program might prove to be of good use to people who are dealing with large collections of images, such as professional photographers, and are looking for efficient ways to permanently get rid of duplicated pictures.
The tool features a straightforward interface where all you need to do is to select the preferred image format and scan location. In the Options window, you will get access to additional scan settings. For example, you can exclude folders like Program Files or ProgramData from the scanning process. However, you don't have access to advanced scan filters which might come in handy when dealing with a large scan area. For instance, a file size filter could be useful. This doesn't mean that the tool provides you with inaccurate details. It just might take longer for it to complete the scan and for you to sort the given search results list.
Still, in my testing, the utility worked flawlessly. I used it to scan the contents of a USB drive. It immediately completed the scanning process, allowed me to compare the found duplicates, and permanently deleted the selected pictures.
In conclusion, Duplicate Photo Finder Plus is a Windows tool that works 100% and is very simple to handle. Plus, it comes with a reasonable price.
