Enable the standard QWERTY keyboard to type Dzongkha or Choöké Unicode text. Assign a custom language set to one of the pre-built languages for Windows XP and replace its characters and fonts with the new ones. The package includes multiple keyboard layouts for typing.
The Dzongkha Keyboard layout was designed and approved by both the DDC and DIT and was originally implemented as part of the DDC Dzongkha Computing Project. Once installed, the keyboard must be assigned to one of the languages supported by Windows XP. Since Windows XP does not officially support Dzongkha we must assingn the Dzongkha keyboard to another language.
