Easy Screen Capture And Annotation is a handy tool that allows you to take lots of different screenshot types, including fullscreen, active window, active window without borders, scrolling window, rectangle, control or window and capture color. By default, the program includes fixed hotkeys for all the actions, but they can be completely customized from the Settings menu. The application can be controlled from the system tray menu or from the program itself.
Once you take a screenshot, the editor will open, so you can edit the image properties as you wish. You can add a balloon text-box, add some text, rotate and crop the image, and fill it with color, among other things. Unfortunately, the program doesn't provide many effects or editing options that you may find in other similar applications. The resulting image can be saved in multiple formats, sent by email, or directly uploaded to Photobucket.net.
In short, Easy Screen Capture And Annotation is a very simple but great solution that will allow you to take lots of screenshots very easily and edit them the way you want.
