EasyFinder is a handy application that provides easy access to files, folders, and apps you most frequently use. The tool spares you from the tedious procedure of browsing your computer each time you want to reopen an often used file or app. It automatically creates shortcuts and places them conveniently in the menu bar.
The utility organizes the entries into three distinct modules: Personal, Work, and Other. Creating custom modules isn't supported, yet each module allows you to save up to nine entries. Using the application is easy. You just need to click the pin icon located on the main window, drag files, folders or apps inside the program, and press unpin. Opening a registred item is done either with a mouse click or by pressing the number key listed against the item you want to open. You can also find detailed information about a file or an app saved in EasyFinder, including the size, the date of creation, when it was last modified, and the computer location.
In short, the application offers an easy solution to open important files, folders, and apps from one place. Using shortcuts for both launching EasyFinder and opening registered items is supported, which improves your productivity.
