EditRocket is a highly versatile and helpful source code and general text editor, allowing you to easily write, edit, and check code written in any of the most popular languages, both programming and mark-up languages. It is very easy to install and use, and relies on a really big number of text and code editing tools.
This program recognizes and highlights instructions and source code keywords written in C++, Java, Perl, PHP, COBOL, HTML, and XML, among many others. It also provides debugging functions that allow you to identify coding errors easily. However, it is very important to take into account that EditRocket is neither a compiler nor an interpreter. Therefore, it only helps you by pointing out which code structures are not correct.
The program comes with a built-in explorer for easily locating and accessing the files you need to edit. It also allows you to introduce predefined statements and instructions loops in each supported language in a quick and simple way, helping you to avoid typing errors and to save time.
