Edraw Organizational Chart provides a graphical package that allows the user to easily create different types of organizational charts. It is specifically designed to support the rapid creation of staff organization diagrams, management structures or any hierarchical structure charts. Support is also given to include photographic images within each node of the chart.
Various chart templates are provided to give a good foundation chart for the user, depending on the theme required. Included is a library of sample charts to show the capabilities of the software in practice. The templates are categorised according to the characteristics of the chart and include: frame shapes which set the overall framework of the chart; photo layouts, which give options on how a photographic image is displayed with a chart cell; and card boxes which provide for different levels of inscriptions in a chart entry.
Overall the package allows users to create professional-looking organizational charts with little or no drawing required, as the chart is created using simple dragging and dropping of shapes from the templates.
The package is ideal for small businesses or charts which contain no more than 100 employee entries, although up to 2000 entries can be accommodated on multiple pages. Once drawn, the chart can be printed on its own, or embedded within a document or presentation.
