Efficient Man's Organizer Free is a personal information manager.
By using it, you can manage your appointments, tasks, birthdays and to-do lists.
This program allows you to view your schedule for the current day, into the "Today" tab, or for the entire month, into the "Calendar" tab. You will be able to manage your appointments in any of those screens.
The "Contacts" section will allow you to enter, modify or delete information about your contacts, such as names, addresses, email addresses and much more.
The "Events" section will show you a quick view of the events you entered, or common holidays, like Christmas or Labor Day.
Into the "Tasks" section you will be able to enter tasks that have a due limit. You can take notes using both the "Diary" and "Notes" sections. The program includes a word processor that can produce RTF documents. You will be able to search for those notes later.
You can set the program to perform periodical backups automatically, and protect your data through a password.
v3.0 [Dec 24, 2011]
Changed data file format to Firebird.
Added Network Edition.
Attachments and contact pictures are now saved directly in the same data file where other data records are saved. (In previous versions, attachments were saved in a separate folder.)
Users are allowed to add event and task labels and allowed to change label color.
Added two custom fields for each contact.
You can now search specific text in the comments.
You can set categories for contacts and other records, and can search for records by category.
Added a "Contact" column in the Task list view.
Added a "Category" column in the information list view.
You can set weather and emotion icons for each diary entry at the same time.
When a new desktop note is added, now the software will position it automatically to avoid overlapping between notes wherever possible.
When entering password, now you can do it directly with a password generator.
A "Privacy" option was added which allows you to set the number of recent files and to clear text records you have entered.
When the software runs at Windows startup automatically, the user can choose to allow the software to remember the file password, if this has not been done yet, to avoid entering password each time.
Other improvements are made and bugs are fixed.
