
EssentialPIM Pro is a personal information manager that allows you to organize your daily tasks, contacts, notes, anniversaries, to do lists and other things. It also features email integration and allows you to replace your old email client to have everything in one place. It features a nice and intuitive user interface, pretty well organized and fully customizable. It includes a comprehensive address book where you can store your contacts detailing information such as personal info, business, notes, picture and attachments. You can add groups and create and edit fields as you wish to best satisfy your needs. When you run the program, it instantly show you reminders or things you have to do. Adding a contact, items, reminders, etc, is very easy and quick. You simply drag an appointment to reschedule it, mark appointments with different colors to distinguish them easily, and so on. A great thing about this program is its ability to synchronize all of your information with your portable device and application like MS Outlook and Google Calendar, so you can have instant access to your personal information wherever you go. What is more, it allows you to import and export your information for backup and send information by email, supports secure advanced encryption, the interface is available in multiple languages, and other useful things.
