This application helps you track and manage your project’s development cash flow. It lets you import feasibilities initially modeled in Estate Master DF as the original approved budget to compare against as you progress through the live project. You can manage the project timeline via a dynamic Gantt Chart where each cost and revenue timing can be adjusted and dependencies linked.

Issues Resolved:
- Error when trying to delete an input row when the entire row is highlighted.
- Setting Financing to 'Simple' mode does not reset manual inputs made in Loans 1, 2 and 3.
- Area for Capitalised Sales on Summary reporting is incorrectly referencing the Rental Rate.
- 'Outgoing' Excel link lost after 'Select Another File' option is selected during File Open if it cannot locate the original Excel file it is linked to.
- The Excel Links message box during File Open loses the 'Break Links' and 'Select Another File' button in the original Excel file it is linked to has a long file path.
- Importing a feasibility from an Estate Master DF file and setting Original Budget when prompted, does not store Corporate Tax in the Original Budget column.
- Selecting 'Acre' as the area measurement in the Sales input section produces #N/A errors in Summary report.
- The Loan 3 LVR Ratio that is displayed in the Cash Flow report differs from what is set in the Preferences.
- 'Incorrect Date Format' error when importing accounts data from an external Excel file where formulas referencing other worksheets were used in the data table.
- 'Tax Treatment' Preference tab is not disabled when 'Financial Reporting' preference is turned off.
- High DPI text display corrupting the appearance of some forms.
