Eurocalc is a simple Mac program created in Java that enables you to convert Euros to various types of currencies. This utility comes with an intuitive interface, provides you with the results you need within moments and allows you to copy them to your clipboard.
All you need to do is enter the amount of Euros you wish to convert, select the proper currency, and the program will immediately display the results. The application supports conversion from Euros to currencies like Belgian Francs, Austrian Schillings, Spanish Peseta, etc.
The Currencies window displays the exchange rates for the current day. All information shown in this screen is accurate, I compared it with the exchange rates from various websites.
My only issue with this application is the fact that it doesn't offer you support for conversion from Euros to US dollars, Pounds, and other more popular currencies.
Personally, I prefer using my default browser and Google's search engine to make currency conversions. So, I can't find a good enough reason to install this program on my Mac when I can always use my browser to complete my currency conversion tasks.
