NOTICE:
This is a very early build of the game with no sound or dialogue. Press M to bring up the map and select a quest. It gets interesting at the third level.
STORY:
You have been murdered and sent to a special place in hell for people who are exceptionally evil - the 10th circle. The problem is that you cannot remember what you did to end up in a place like this.
The head demon of the 10th circle bestows the 10 most evil people with powers (They are called Wielders). You are one of them and gain the power over nature. If one Wielder manages to find and defeat all the other wielders, they are given the privilege of becoming a warden (sub-demon) and are exempt from the tortures and punishment of hell.
You awake in a small village in the woods and it appears all the residents have a screw loose with each one of them being the embodiment of evil. This means that none of them are trustworthy and to top it all off, one of them was involved in your murder. You have to wrestle the truth out of these people to piece together even a fraction of your past.
