Then, you will see the main window, which has intuitive MS Office-like controls. If you want to create a new invoice, you can select the corresponding option, and a new window will appear. Then, you can create your invoice by adding the required data, such as name and address of your client, product description, date and hour, and more. You can also create a directory of clients to streamline the invoice creating process. Also, it is possible to create recurring invoices that you can send periodically. And although it is not common nowadays, you can print the invoice to have a hard copy of it.

The program lets you preview the invoice and edit it in case of need. You can send an SMS to your client to notify him/her about the invoice.

In sum, it is a very complete program to manage invoicing and payments. If you are a company owner, then this program will be very useful for you.

The free version has some limitations. For example, you can create only 5 invoices per month, use it in only one computer, and manage only 3 clients. To get rid of these limitations, you will need to purchase a license.
