ffDiaporama is a compact free tool designed to allow any user (either novice or expert) to create attractive home movies by combining videos and images. Its built-in multimedia editor allows you to trim your videos, modify their dimensions, and enhance your images. Finally, you can add pro-like transitions, text messages, and even your favorite background music.
The program’s interface is fairly well structured, so you can move from tab to tab and complete your project in a logical and orderly way. In the first step you can add all the video and image files that you want to be part of your movie, put them in your preferred order, and have an overall view of the whole project thanks to its convenient timeline. Clicking on any of the selected files will trigger the multimedia editor, where you can define new dimensions for the video or image in question. The timeline will also allow you to apply the various transitions between sections. The extensive transitions menu provided will surely meet all your expectations.
One of the most interesting features offered by ffDiaporama is the possibility of creating animations from a static image. The idea is to select a portion of the image and make it move around the frame using various attractive effects. This stunning effect can be combined with texts, background audio, zooming, and more. The resulting video will put all of those together in a seamless and pro-looking sequence. You can then use any of the device-based presets available to save your movie in the right format, or use the settings panel to fine-tune your choice.
