Flickr is one of the most popular photo sharing websites from all over the Internet where you can connect to other users, create collages with your favorite pictures, etc. Every time you wish to upload new photos into your account, you have to use your browser which might prove to be a loss of time and effort, especially if your Internet signal is low.
A time-saving solution comes from the desktop version of Flickr uploading, the Flickr Uploadr program. This simple application allows you to instantly connect to your personal account, upload pictures and arrange them into albums according to your needs.
In addition, if you have more than one account, simply click the "Switch users" button and log into the other personal account. What I considered to be a drawback in using this desktop tool was the fact that I had to receive permission from the Flickr website in order to log in each of my accounts.
The easiest part of using Flickr Uploadr was the uploading process where all I had to do was to simply drag-and-drop the pictures over the upload section. The program also allowed me to change the uploaded picture's position, add a title and description to the image, choose which users are permitted to check my albums and many other.
