Floating Notes is an easy-to-use note-taking application that displays the notes on top of all other windows. You can set the note's transparency level. When a note is transparent, moving the mouse over the note removes the transparency for an easier reading of the note. The notes can even have pictures. You can set the text font, size, and color of each note.
