Folder Icon Creator is an app to customize the icons on your Mac. The program comes pre-bundled with hundreds of icons that you can use to create custom folder icons and custom file icons on your Mac. Not only are there hundreds of icons included with the program, but you can create a library using ANY PNG, GIF, and JPG images. Just drag and drop images from your desktop into one of the custom libraries, and convert them to icons easily using this program. Once they are in your library, you can customize the icons of folders and files.
You can assign custom icons in batches, or one at a time using drag-and-drop.
The Folder Icon Maker comes pre-bundled with hundreds of icons. All updates are free forever; feature requests are welcome.

- New Large Icon for App Store.
- Window not displayed until app is launched - increasing reliability on OS X 10.8.
- Default window size made smaller for initial launch (helps with laptops with smaller screens).
- Added a panel for the first launch on a new machine. The panel has arrows that help the new user learn how to use the app.
- Now, if user re-launches the app, and the last folder they used was an empty custom folder, it defaults to a populated folder. This will prevent confusion where the app would launch with a seemingly blank screen.
- Changed the way that Folder Icon Changer reads the icon directory. This increases reliability on OS X 10.8.
- Folder Icon Creator is now signed with our developer certificate, facilitating installs on OS X 10.8.
