Font Runner is a complete font manager for Windows.
It will let you know exactly which fonts are installed in your system. You will be able to retrieve the list of installed fonts by reading your Windows´ Fonts Folder. The program will display some basic information about them, like font name, file name, size and a sample of text using that font. You can specify the size that the sample text will have.
Double-clicking on any entry will show you the usual window that Windows shows when you enter the "Fonts" folder in the Control Panel.
You can also preview how will any text look by using that font, entering that text into the lower right frame of the interface. You can also specify the size and color for that text, and its attributes (bold, underline, italic). Or you can view the entire character map, by selecting "Font Map" instead of "Preview" in the menu.
Font Runner will also allow you to print the entire list of fonts with its information and samples. This list can be very helpful to choose a given font for a job when you are away from your computer, or to check if a needed font is already installed in your system.
