The interface of this tool is intuitive and comes with easy-to-configure text style settings. You can choose from various font styles and sizes, page arrangements, paper design, and much more. In addition, you can select any preferred picture within your Mac and set it as backdrop.
After you finish your text composition work, you can save the document to various output formats, create a duplicate for the text file or move it to any folder location you like.
Unlike Mac's TextEdit, FountainPen doesn't allow you to import pictures, songs or movies into your text piece. This aspect might represent an important disadvantage of working with this app as novelists often include photos into their text compositions.
