As its name suggests, Free Media Player is an application that will let you watch video and image files. Maybe the most attractive thing about this software is that it is completely free and that it supports many formats, including 3G2, 3GP, FLV, DIVX, M4V, MKV, MP4, MOV, TS, MOD, F4V and SWF.
With this application, you will be able to watch video files recorded with your cell phone or portable device. Moreover, the program also supports FLV files, which means that you can play any video file you downloaded from YouTube or similar video sharing websites. By double-clicking on the video, you will activate the full screen mode. You can pause, stop and resume your videos anytime you want. There is a time bar that will let you manually skip the video to the part you want to watch.
Albeit the program is free to download and use, you will see some advertisements while you're playing your files. Unfortunately, you can't take those ads off even while watching your files in the full-screen mode. If you don't take that into account, the software is pretty good.
