The application's main characteristic is probably its simplicity. Its interface looks attractive and it's easy to figure out how to start a conversion. Of course, being a free app, it lacks many of the essential features one expects to find in a document converter, namely batch conversion capabilities, the possibility of selecting the pages to convert and editing the output document, and so on. It does, however, provide a nice image viewer to the left of the screen, letting you browse through your document and use different zooming options.
The format support is limited to PDF and DOC, and here is where it becomes evident that the application is too basic if we compare it to other similar programs. Even the web-based alternatives provide more functions than simple format conversion.
