Free Sevenload Downloader for Mac is a video download utility. It can be used to download any video from Sevenload.com, a video sharing website. To be honest, this is the first time I hear of Sevenload, but it is nice to see that software developers are supporting lesser popular video sharing websites.
This app is absolutely free and it lets you download videos without any limitations. To download a video, all you need to do is go to your web browser, head to sevenload.com and find the video that you want to download. Then, simply copy the URL from the address bar and head back to the application to click on "Paste URL". By default, the application will ask you to choose between three quality settings: best quality, optimal parameters and minimal size. You can also specify where you want to save the video. After, you click on "OK", the download will start. If you want to bypass this scree, you can turn on 1-click mode, which automatically starts your downloads when you click on "Paste URL".
In my testing, this downloader worked just fine. It downloaded videos in a reasonable time. Most of the downloaded videos were in the FLV format. Those videos that were in HD on Sevenload were encoded using the MP4 format.
