If you are looking for a simple tool that allows you to capture video and take snapshots with a minimal effort, Free Webcam Recorder can be the right product for you; but, unfortunately, you should go on looking if you need to do more than that. In fact, the list of the things this tool cannot do is far longer than that of its features. For instance, it cannot stream video over a network or connect to a remote camera. Neither can this program upload footage or pictures to the cloud.
