Gardenscapes is fantastic hidden-object game with a cute theme. In this game, the main character inherits a mansion with a magnificent garden. Your job is to restore it, but to do so, you visit 15 different rooms looking for objects to sell in order to get the required money. In each room you will meet different characters who will ask you for certain objects that you must find in the scene so you can sell them. However, you must find them as quickly as possible before the buyers get upset. The faster you find them, the more money you get from them.

What is great about this game is that everything is connected to achieving your ultimate goal, which is winning the city gardening club's contest for the most beautiful garden.

The game also includes extra challenges in which you must undertake different tasks apart from the hidden-object games. This suggests that you visit the same rooms many times - and even though you play a different game every time you visit them, maybe you will soon get tired of visiting the same places all over again.

However, all the rooms are beautifully designed and the objects are very well-done, and some of them are even dynamic. The objects are cleverly hidden and sometimes they are really hard to find. You have three hints per level, which instead of showing you the location of the object, just show you how the object looks like, which makes the game even more challenging.

The garden is also wonderful. Even though the tasks you have to do in the garden are not many and don't require much thinking, it is great to see your garden getting more and more beautiful as you progress in the game.

The game includes two modes, but the only difference between them is that one is timed and the other not. All in all, Gardenscapes is a wonderful hidden-object game; I do wish though it were a little longer.
