Not all the records have been made digital already, but they are inputting more actually fast. The service that this application uses seems to be a paid one, but with Genline FamilyFinder you get a test user to the Swedish Church Records archive, and there are a few counties pre-selected for you to try the application. You might even find your family in those counties and, thus, save some money while at it. If you don't, you can surely subscribe to the service and get full access to all the Swedish records. Genline FamilyFinder also supports the Mac OS X platform so you can work on your family tree from both platforms.
