gFeeder is a small ticker tape application which allows you to see the contents of your ticker tape at a glance on your OS X desktop.
gFeeder can be moved around your screen and can also be coloured in to your liking.All you have to do is to right-click (control-click) on the red "M" envelope icon at the right of the ticker for options.
Mia for Gmail (was Notifier Pro for Gmail) is a desktop Gmail client which sits politely in your menu bar.
