GiliSoft Slideshow Movie Creator is a utility that enables you to create quality videos showing your favorite pictures in a sequence. The program lets you choose between a wide variety of transition effects, supports dozens of output formats, and allows you to preview the resulting slideshow before launching the exporting process.
The interface consists of 4 main screens. In the first window, you can import and preview the images you wish to include in your project. The next screen gives you access to the available transition effects, while in the third window you can load the background music files. Last but not least, the Export screen provides you output settings which can easily be configured even by a beginner PC user. You can choose between multiple output profiles and preview the resulting movie before clicking the "Start" button.
Unfortunately, you might need to wait a while for the app to generate the slideshow you need. Still, the output quality is excellent.
Another aspect that bothers me is that the program supports a few image formats (when importing pictures for the project): JPG, PNG, and BMP.
In my opinion, you should first check the trial version of the utility and then decide if it's worth buying GiliSoft SlideShow Movie Creator for your Windows computer.
