GrabberWindow allows you to select document windows from any running application and grab the contents, redirecting them to a virtual loopback camera driver. The loopback camera image of your desktop or screencast can be re-routed to Skype, Y!Messenger or most other Camera-enabled applications.
You may use it in conjunction with GrabberRaster or by itself with CamCamX or other video switcher applications.
