Set up a global notification system across multiple Mac computers. Assign custom notifications to selected applications, select the audio and visual signals, etc. Configure specific scripts and modify them to work with any task or activity according to set parameters.
Growl is a notification system that receives and displays messages sent by applications. You can (for example) be notified that you have new email, or that a download has completed.
v2.1 [Jul 31, 2013]
- Fixes an issue on 10.9 where sending notifications to Growl will result in Growl logging "(null) doesn't have enough information…" whenever it receives an incoming packet.
- The on/off slider is more accessible now.
- Adds an improvement to how the selection of the default plugin worked in the displays tab.
