Bug fixes :
- bulk load for GT3, GT5 & GT6 wasn't working properly.
- permanently delete patches could cause crash.
- Fx select buttons weren't being shown if there were no patches in the file at startup.
- copying a patch in a library file would copy the last patch (right) clicked rather than the current patch.
