HealthFrame is a full-featured system to keep track of the health status of all your family members. You can create a personal health record for each member and register important information for future reference.
Among the information the database can hold there are the following items: Personal information, mostly contact info; advanced directives (living will and organ donor); birth information; emergency contacts; insurance; activities relevant to health (diet, smoking or similar); allergies; conditions; medical devices utilized; immunizations (vaccines); medications and tests. Each of these categories allows extensive information and details, because it’s designed to help doctors in case of emergency.
HealthFrame also includes a complete alarm system to help users remember appointments with doctors, medication times and any other issues regarding health. For this purpose, the program displays a calendar in which users can directly click on dates and add new events.
HealthFrame allows users to print out an Emergency Card; it’s possible to select what information will be included, important mostly for people with chronic conditions or health risk. The reports section includes many options to represent your information, even graphically. The reports can be printed out or previewed on the screen.
