Most of us have different devices attached to our computers, from pointing devices, keyboards and printers to USB memory sticks, external hard drives, and more.

This program allows you to monitor the activity of each of these devices in your own computer or in your network's server. Thus, you will have the control of all of those devices, increasing data security. This way, you will have the ability of blocking any device that may be uploading or downloading sensitive information to and from your system, or otherwise interfering with it. Also, you can disable any device for whichever reason you may have.

The program has an attractive and easy-to-use interface. At the left panel, you will see the devices attached to the system you are monitoring. By double-clicking, you can select any device and open the Session configuration window, that allows you to select the processes you want to monitor. Each process comes with a description to make your selection easier. When clicking on Start, the program will show the processes currently active so you can monitor them. In sum, if you want to have an absolute control of the activity of the devices attached to your system, you may want to try this software.

You can try the shareware version during 14 days. If you find the program useful and want to use it longer, then you will need to purchase a license.

v7.9 [Sep 23, 2013]
Bug fixes:
-Context menu not working in Devices window: you could not invoke a context menu in Devices tool window using keyboard. Only right mouse click worked.
- Unable to playback Serial Bridge sessions: there was an error playing back recorded serial bridge monitoring sessions.
- Monitoring stopped on jumbo frame: network monitor stopped capturing packets when it encountered a jumbo frame.
Features:
- Built-in protocol definition editor: this release introduces the built-in protocol definition editor. Now you may modify any built-in protocol definition or define your custom protocol directly inside Device Monitoring Studio. Automatic re-compilation and rich error reporting are provided by the DMS.
