Hocus Focus is a program that can help you boost up your productivity when working with multiple apps on your computer. This utility provides you with a quick and simple solution for immediately hiding the inactive windows from your desktop, leaving your screen clutter-free and keeping you focused on your work.
The application lives on your Menu Bar from where you can change the way it behaves on your Mac. You can create multiple profiles for changing the window hiding behavior based on your needs. Once you select the profile you wish to use, just hit the key combination (it can be selected in the Preferences panel of the app), and the app will immediately apply the necessary changes.
In my testing, the program worked perfectly. It immediately concealed the inactive windows from my desktop, without slowing down the performance of my Mac.
My only issues with this Mac application is that it's only capable of using seconds for the time intervals that you set up. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this program. It works 100%, has easy to configure settings, and allows you to create multiple timeout profiles.
