HomeFree Player is an application that allows Mac users to view their favorite TV channels from the comfort of their desktop environment. The utility is especially created to work with the AVerMedia HD HomeFree Duet F200 model and is completely free.
Using HomeFree Player is fairly straightforward. Start by selecting the appropriate device from the list and then open the Live TV Window. Alternatively, you can bring up the Channel Manager and browse through all available radio and TV stations. If you do not want to miss a TV series, simply configure HomeFree Player to record it. The Channel Manager also displays already made audio and video recordings.
With this tool you can take snapshots of any screen area, with control over format, number of output images and time delay.
From the Preferences panel, users can modify recording parameters, display aspect ratio, video quality and other values.
