This tool is exactly what its name suggests: a utility for creating slideshows on your Windows PC. This type of programs might prove to be of good use if you want to create a presentation to show the pictures you took on special occasions, like birthdays, graduation day, family events, etc.
Icecream Slideshow Maker is available in various languages, features a straightforward interface, and supports drag-and-drop actions. Furthermore, it lets you choose between multiple transition effects and video resolution profiles, attach text content to your slideshow, and preview your project before exporting it to your local folders.
You can create your default project profile by going to the Settings panel of the program and choosing the preferred transition options (time per slides, transition effect duration, etc.).
A disadvantage is the fact that the utility is compatible with a few formats. Another thing that bothered me while testing Icecream Slideshow Maker on my PC was that it failed to import audio files as background music, even though their formats were compatible with the tool.
