With Icon Commander you can create the most beautiful icons according to your taste. The program enables you to design and create your own icons for Windows or Mac. The program works in a very simple manner. All you have to do is to load the picture you want to convert to an icon and then use the program's functions to customize it on your own way. You can use all sort of photos to create your own icons. Maybe you'd like to create an icon with your face or with your friends' mugshots and this software allow to do so.
