Icon Extractor is a simple, powerful, explorer like tool for extracting icons from various file types. The extracted icons can be copied to the clipboard or saved as icon (.ico), bitmap (.bmp) or jpegs (.jpg).

Icons can be extracted from :

- Applications (*.exe)

- Application Extensions (*.dll)

- Icon files (*.ico)

- Control Panel Applets (*.cpl)

- Screen Savers (*.scr)

- Active X Controls (*.ocx)
