Ideally is a note-taking application designed for Mac users who are dealing with busy schedules. This program lives in your Menu Bar where you can create to-do lists, back-up notes to your Dropbox account, attach files to chores entries, and configure the app's settings according to your needs.
The app comes with a simple interface where you can add and manage notes. You can choose the proper font style, enable or disable sound effects, and define a global hotkey for revealing the program's main window.
Furthermore, you can log in to your Dropbox account and back up your to-do lists in case you need to access them while you're away from your Mac. You can also schedule backups by going to Preferences menu and selecting the hour for the note-copying task.
Only one thing bothered me while testing this program. The application lacks an option to set reminders for the notes. This feature might come in handy if you need to remember to complete a certain task before it meets its due time.
Other than that, not much more can be said about this Mac utility. So, it's worth installing this program on your Mac if the aforementioned disadvantage doesn't mean much to you.
