You should keep in mind that even if you add HD files, their resolution will be reduced when they are converted.
Unlike similar tools, this one does include a DVD burner, which saves you an extra step. Different types of DVD media are supported. Additionally, you can save your compilations into an ISO file that you can later burn with your burner of choice.
There are a number of menu templates included in this application. You simply can pick the one that you want to use and then add a background sound. The app will take care of the rest for you. If you want the movie to start playing instantly when you insert it in your DVD player, you can bypass the menu entirely.
In conclusion, this is a very good DVD authoring tool. It is one of the most complete ones I have tried lately. Some of the things that I didn't find in similar applications but were included in this one are a DVD burner and support for SRT subtitles (up to 32 tracks).
