iKnow & Manage is a simple application that allows you to store thoughts, ideas, things to do, and whatever comes to your mind in one place. Adding items is incredibly easy; you just have to click on 'Add an item' and then you can add values such as numbers, text, pdf, bool, date, and much more. You can also import images or files from other programs. All the values you add can be encrypted with a password, so you will be sure you are the only one who can access the information. It would be great if the password-protection the entire application will be also possible. The program also includes a search option that allows you to easily navigate through the database.
The application features a simple, but not so intuitive user interface. It is clear that the interface has been translated from German to English and it contains a few words in German and some spelling mistakes.
In short, even though iKnow & Manage allows you to store items securely, there are others more intuitive and easy-to-use applications out there.
