iLove Icns Creator is a simple application that allows you to generate icons with ease. You can use ordinary images from your personal photo library to create original icons for applications. No matter what size the source image is, the tool will resize it automatically to fit the selected icon format.
The utility comes with a straightforward icon generation approach. All you need to do is drag and drop the source image into the application, select the desired icon sizes, and enable the conversion. A small window pops up instantly, letting you rename the resulting files and determine the computer location where to save them. You will get a visual notification that informs you whether the conversion has ended successfully. Unfortunately, the tool doesn't have the capacity to create JSON files for developers. Also, it doesn't provide an image editor to adjust the imported picture before conversion. So, you are required to prepare the images with an external editor prior to importing them into the iLove Icns Creator app. Creating rounded-corner icons isn't supported.
In short, this tool is extremely easy to use, yet rather scarce in icon generation features. You can use it for an urgent situation that requires a temporary icon and whenever you need an icon on the spot.
