ImageJoiner 2 lets you quickly drag and drop images to the ImageJoiner status bar icon. It automatically generates a new image with the input images combined, either horizontally or vertically. It's great for generating comparison shots. Compatible formats: .png, .jpeg, .bmp and .tiff.
